John Lamos

VCC is excited to announce Mr. John Lamos as our Veteran of the Month!

Mr. Lamos was born in Arkansas, the oldest of fourteen children. He served with distinction in World War II in Africa, Italy, and Germany, initially in artillery, but eventually he put his cooking skills to use as a baker! His creativity extends beyond the kitchen as he has taken joy in making watches, jewelry, t-shirts, and carved sculptures. In addition, Mr. Lamos was married for many years after his service. Carla Brust, his caregiver of four years, says he is a sweet, southern gentleman. We at Veterans Care Coordination agree and are proud to be assisting Mr. John Lamos.
